My work in mental health and healthcare spans nearly two decades and includes psychotherapy, community mental health, trauma and crisis work, rehabilitation, clinical supervision, healthcare management, program development, interdisciplinary care and regional mental-health leadership.
That breadth of experience informs how I understand people and systems. I have worked directly with clients experiencing complex psychological and social circumstances, supervised and supported clinicians, led multidisciplinary services, developed and implemented programs, and worked alongside healthcare and community partners to improve how care is delivered.
